What is APG’s Tenant Referral Program?

Our exclusive Tenant Referral Program allows any Tenant in an Arcadia Properties managed property to refer a friend or family member to us as a potential new tenant in another unit or property. If your referral results in a new rental contract (minimum 6 months contract), you will get rent credit of 3,000 THB! Refer as many friends as you want! You could earn 3,000 THB for every signed lease!!

How Do You Get Paid?

Send us your friend contact details via the form below, line, email, or come with him\her to our office.

You will get a rent credit for every rental tenant referred by you, who signs a lease agreement with us (see terms and conditions below).

Want to refer two friends and they both rent from us? That’s a 6,000 THB credit. Referring three friends? No problem, that’s a 9,000 THB credit! There are no limits on the number of referrals you can earn as long as the referral meets the program requirements!

The amount will be deducted from your next month’s rent fee, once your friend signed the lease contract and moved in.

Terms and conditions

1. 1. The Tenant must be living at Arcadia Beach Continental\Arcadia Beach Resort at the time of the friend’s lease start date.
   2. The new lease must be signed within one month from the referral date.
   3. The referred Friend’s lease must be a minimum of 6 months contract, and he/she cannot be a current tenant of ARCADIA PROPERTIES GROUP.
   4. You must submit the form\send us your friend details in advance.
   5. Once the new lease has been signed, you will get credited in your next rent invoice.
