The room is very comfy and practical. One tiny setback is that it is quite bland compared to the exterior decoration but its alow you to put your own spin on the room.

The first eye-catching thing for this project has to be a pool that snakes around the building like a canal. Also, the abundance of palm trees gives a chill, Floridian suburb vibe.
The room is very resort-like, for those who love hotels, this is the Pattaya apartment for you but for those who love a more homey resident, the room might feel a little stiff.

5.The Base Central Pattaya Apartment
This high-rise condo is one of Sansiri, a big Thai real-estate empire. So the standard for both practicality and aesthetic is very high. I especially love the roof-top infinity pool for this project, very modern and instagramable. Also, the view of Hat beach is to die for.
But if you love swimming labs, this beautiful but small swimming pool might not fit your needs. And the room itself, even though it is very sharp and modern, if you don’t like something quite structural, it might seem uninvited. But you can always decorate the room as much as you like, so this is not much of a complaint.
The price is on the higher-end, but if you want don’t want to worry, then a 3 million-inch high-rise 1 bedroom Pattaya apartment from Sansiri is worth it.

Edge Central Pattaya apartment is a luxurious high-rise apartment overlooking the whole hat beach. Another big project from Sansiri but even more upscale than the usual project of Sansiri.
Edge pays attention to mood and tone, especially the light that illuminates each room with style. From moody orange light to ethereal bright yellow light from mirror chandelier. The roof-top infinity pool is also very modern with a rustic touch, surrounded by greenery.
The price might be the only down-fall to this project, at about 161,000 bahts per sqm for a 1 bedroom apartment. But if you love luxury, convenient living, and have money to spare, this project is built for you!

This standard high-rise Pattaya apartment has an affinity for panoramic views, overlooking the most beautiful part of Phra Tamnak beach.
You will get a big swimming pool with easy access to the beach. The room is so spacious, fitting for long-term living, and quite versatile when it comes to decoration.
The downfalls are the furniture and style is quite old-fashion, focus on practicality more than modern aesthetic.

This easy-breezy high-rise apartment is one of an all-rounder apartment, with a very reasonable price at about 71,000 bahts per sqm.
The overall aesthetic is very clean, very aerate, with a mid-size green hue swimming pool. This apartment is both pleasing to the eye and practical.
But at this rate, you will get a studio room, which might not fit with family due to the lack of privacy. Also the view, you might not get a beautiful, beachfront view like many of the Pattaya apartments.

9.Centric Sea Pattaya Apartment
I want to recommend an apartment fit for a family. This two-bedroom unit might be something you considered. Centric Sea strength is its mood, using more of a dark tone than usual light walls and decoration.
But with enough lights and water flowing through every part of the apartment does not make the place cramped but instead makes everything feel very lush and lux. From Scandinavian infinity-edge pool to the dark wood room.
But the size of the room might be considered a little bit small for 2 bathroom sizes. For those who prefer a spacious room, this utilitarian style Pattaya apartment might not fit with your style
